ORIGIN AND STRUCTURE OF THE PRODUCT
Specialized composition of high quality, residue of diameter greater than 71 MKM (75 mkm) natrum bentonite and polymers for the usage in horizontal directed drilling (HDD). Bentonite clay – deposit Milos Island (Greece). Montmorillonite maintenance not more than 80%.
AREA OF APPLICATION
Bentokon Super BK is applied to get qualitative suspension with rheological features, necessary for the drilling by horizontal directed drilling method (HDD). Regulates the volume of water return and gelation of drilling mud on the water basis with the low degree of mineralization. Can be used in the aerated mud.
ADVANTAGES
Provides economic expense, easily disperses and quickly gets dynamic viscosity, which allows high productivity of works. Lowers the grade of filtration, forms slim clay crust with low permeability. Non-toxic.
